Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is the minimum requirement.
• Post-secondary qualification (National Certificate, Diploma or NQF4+) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and promptly into company databases and business systems
• Review records for completeness, consistency, and errors, and flag or correct discrepancies as needed
• Update and maintain both digital and paper-based records in line with internal procedures
• Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled in accordance with data policies
• Perform routine data quality checks to support accuracy and reliability of records
• Assist with filing, archiving, and retrieval of records as required
• Liaise with relevant team members to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies
