Job summary

The A&R Group in Steelpoort is seeking a Data Capturer to accurately capture, maintain and manage Trackless Mobile Machinery maintenance and system-performance data on the relevant system. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance and equipment-performance monitoring by ensuring that all relevant information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.

The role requires Grade 12 / Matric, strong data accuracy and management, reporting and analytical skills, system

Responsibilities

• Capture all breakdown job cards on the relevant system.
• Capture all Preventative Maintenance (PM) job cards.
• Capture all commissioning and recommissioning sheets.
• Ensure job cards and supporting documentation are captured accurately and timeously.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the relevant end users.
• Monitor recurring breakdowns and identify trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
• Complete job reports and process all relevant documentation.
• Ensure the maintenance tracker and job-card records are updated weekly.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up where necessary.
• Ensure proper filing and traceability of all maintenance-related documentation.
• Maintain good housekeeping within the designated working area.
• Provide management with accurate information to support maintenance planning and decision-making.
