Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of data entry experience, proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce or SAP, and a keen eye for detail. Matric is required; a relevant certificate or diploma is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 minimum; relevant certificate/diploma advantageous.
• 5+ years in data entry or data administration role.
• Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets and databases (Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, SAP).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; fast, accurate typing.
• Strong organisational and time management; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Capture, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Assist in data clean-up, validation, and reconciliation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform regular quality checks and adhere to data entry protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data policies.
• Generate basic reports or summaries based on captured data.
• Meet daily and weekly data entry productivity targets.
