Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join our hospitality team in the Northwest region. The role focuses on accurate data capture, updating guest and booking records, and maintaining confidentiality across systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Word skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment while handling confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in data capturing, administration, reception, reservations, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Capture and accurately update guest, booking, reservation, and operational data.
• Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial information into relevant systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical records.
• Verify information and identify missing, incorrect, or duplicate data.
• Assist with daily and monthly administrative reports.
• Update customer and supplier information as required.
• Process booking and reservation information accurately and promptly.
• Assist front office, finance, reservations, and operations teams with data-related tasks.
• File and organize documentation according to company procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Perform regular data checks to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Assist with general administrative duties when required.
