Job summary

First Distribution is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Manager to lead the daily operations of the assigned brand(s) and grow their market presence. You will drive sales through resellers, manage governance across sales, marketing, and logistics, and collaborate with brand managers to realize revenue targets.

The role includes overseeing budgets, P&L, stock management, and CRM-driven pipeline development within an office-based environment in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• IT Diploma/Degree would be advantageous.
• Cybersecurity background is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of Business Development Management experience in the IT industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.
• Creative, solution-driven attitude.
• Be willing to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent and technologies evolve.
• Experience in business/commercial management (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, product pricing).

Responsibilities

• Drive gross profit targets through resellers and grow brand sales.
• Recruit and manage resellers; maintain CRM pipeline and reports.
• Run quarterly business reviews with vendors; manage budgets and P&L.
• Oversee marketing alignment and partner enablement; develop business plan.
• Ensure stock and logistics are managed for assigned brand.
