Job summary

Waco Modular / Abacus Space Solutions in Secunda is seeking a Customer Support & VAS Consultant to build and maintain relationships with existing customers, coordinate onboarding of new customers and promote value-added services to grow revenue.

You will act as liaison between customers and internal teams, resolve queries, identify opportunities, conduct visits and contribute to retention initiatives while supporting branch growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years' experience in customer service, account management or sales support.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate onboarding of new customers and seamless handover from sales to service delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve queries and requests.
• Identify and promote value-added services (VAS) and cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate service delivery, maintenance and support activities and monitor performance.
