Job summary

multi color corp is seeking an organised administrator to provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to customers and internal departments. You will manage orders, amendments, pricing, and production communications to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, production, and purchasing, handling concession forms for trials, and maintaining clear lines of communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate schedules and order dates to external sales teams and customers.
• Raise customer orders on the business system and process amendments.
• Ensure correct pricing is issued and invoiced.
• Coordinate order amendments with production and purchasing and notify management of changes.
• Process concession forms for customer trials with PO or concession form.
• Forward information to Technical Services Representative.
• Facilitate information transfer with new projects between Sales and customers.
• Provide a clear communication channel between operations and customers.
• Support two-way status updates on projects with Technical Services.
• Respond to project actions within defined timelines.
• Monitor daily production schedules and inform customers of deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production Planner to meet timescales for labels and progress updates.
• Manage stock levels for stock customers and adhere to min/max programs.
• Provide accurate stock/production reports to customers as required.
• Ensure proofs delivered on time and update the system with PDFs.
• Assist with delivering label profile drawings and audit reports.
• Refer costings or commercial issues to Sales & Customer Services Manager for approval.
• Provide cover across all customer accounts daily.
