Job summary

CTP Flexibles in Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to manage internal and external client communications, order processing and delivery coordination. You will support the Customer Services Manager and ensure accurate administration throughout the order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the print industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with clients and colleagues.
• Effective team player with good business acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and MS Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Attention to detail and client servicing experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Order processing from receipt of customer order to processing sales orders for despatch.
• Customer liaison ensuring relay of information between production and account managers/customers including open order status and stock reports.
• Manage delivery lead-times and align with customer and account manager expectations.
