The role provides operational support to leasing specialists during busy periods and supports backlogs and system updates.

You will coordinate with landlords and internal teams, handle financial queries, and contribute to timely, accurate lease documentation and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience handling financial queries and reconciliations.
• Exposure to vendor management, system amendments and ticket handling.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Aufgaben

• Leasing Administration: support renewals, amendments, terminations and lease docs; maintain accurate records and trackers.
• Financial Administration and Reconciliations: resolve unpaid rentals, reconcile accounts, address payment discrepancies.
• FIC Ticket Management: initiate, manage and resolve tickets; monitor progress and escalate as needed.
• Vendor Management: assist with vendor creation and maintenance; ensure compliance and queries are resolved.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with VOIS, Finance, regional teams, landlords and other stakeholders; provide updates.
• Operational Support and Relief: backlogs relief and provide cover during absences or workload peaks.
