Job summary

ZEDA Limited in Centurion is seeking an experienced F&I finance coordinator to support the sales team. You will manage the end-to-end finance process, from intake of leads to submission of FICA and bank documents, and you will renegotiate terms when needed.

Strong attention to compliance and data accuracy is essential. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Finance, ensuring timely updates to customers and adherence to POPI and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• NQF 4 qualification with minimum 60 FAIS credits or equivalent.
• Retail Insurance qualification and/or generic qualification per Board.
• Notice 105 of FSP requirements for new FAIS business after Dec 2009.
• NCA accreditation is required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate arranging finance for all branch customers.
• Assist customers with completing finance applications upon receiving leads.
• Capture customer information on the Fusion system within 1 hour.
• Submit FICA documents for validation when deals are approved.
• Renegotiate finance if bank declines (deposit, car, products, income).
• Inform customers and Sales Representatives of outcomes and approvals.
• Authorize costing sheet for invoicing and ensure deal files are signed.
• Maintain documentation per POPI Act and file deals in storage.
