Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will support a diverse client portfolio across regions, including Sandton, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships, guiding clients through onboarding and adoption, tracking success metrics, conducting regular business reviews, and partnering with Sales and Product teams to maximize value and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with customer lifecycle management and success metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client portfolio effectively.
