You will build and nurture strong client relationships, guide customers through onboarding and adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to maximize value from our services.

The ideal candidate thrives in independent work, communicates clearly, and uses CRM and CS platforms to monitor health and drive renewal opportunities.

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role.
