Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. You will nurture client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while working from home.

You will monitor health metrics, collaborate with product and sales, and act as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of clients to maximize value and retention in a flexible remote environment.
