Qualifications

• Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
