Job summary

Hertz Rent A Car – George Airport invites applications for a Customer Service Agent to deliver excellent service and grow branch revenue. Based in George, Western Cape, this full-time role requires a valid code 08 drivers license, Grade 12, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

You will handle rental check-outs and check-ins, standby and changeovers, and contribute to the Net Promoter Score through positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Experience in customer service or car rental is advantageous.
• Own reliable transport is preferred.
