Job summary

Placements24 is seeking motivated individuals to join as Customer Service Representative Apprentices in a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will be trained to handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues and delivering a positive customer experience.

Working within a supportive team, you will gain skills in CRM, problem-solving and product knowledge while progressing in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with opportunities for development within the customer service
