Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Specialist Apprentice to join our client's team. This fully remote role provides remote training, ongoing support, and a clear path for advancement while you develop essential customer service skills from home.

You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve issues, and contribute to high customer satisfaction across South Africa as you grow in a supportive remote environment.
