Dax Data is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the link between customers, suppliers and the company. The role is based at the Kenilworth offices in Cape Town and reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will handle order processing, client interaction, and maintain excellent service standards while ensuring accurate processing of orders and timely responses to enquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Patient, empathetic, organised and detail oriented.
• Ability to process orders accurately and respond to enquiries.

• Process sales orders and purchase orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide quotations.
• Maintain knowledge of suppliers and pricing.
