Dax Data in Cape Town, Kenilworth, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time role based at our Kenilworth offices. You will be the vital link between clients, suppliers and the company, ensuring accurate, efficient order processing and responsive customer service.

The role requires patient and empathetic communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage inquiries, quotes and licensing discussions. Office hours are 08:00–17:00.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders on Pastel Evolution.
• Process purchase orders on Adobe’s website.
• Process purchase orders on Pastel Evolution.
• Download/print Adobe invoices and relevant licence certificates.
• Accept stock to generate GRV in Rand.
• Confirm sales orders to generate Dax invoices and email to clients.
• Take incoming calls from clients and ascertain requirements.
• Quote on customers’ requirements.
• Deal with product and processing queries.
• Assist clients with licencing proposals.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Gain knowledge of suppliers' licencing and ordering systems.
• Keep up to date with pricing and promotions.
