Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related experience.

• Ability to communicate in English and local dominant language.
• Valid South African ID or work permit.
• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service in-store.
• Merchandise stock, label shelf prices and maintain housekeeping.
• Advise and assist customers on products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure area is fully merchandised and safe per store layout.
• Maintain correct shelf price labelling and cleanliness.
• Complete required checklists during duty periods.
