Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 10 or NQF 3 with 1 year related work experience; Grade 12 with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers with correct products and queries.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Merchandise bulk stock and ensure shelf labelling follows store layout and planograms.
• Ensure area is fully merchandised and free of obstacles; stock is visible and accessible.
• Maintain correct shelf price labelling within the responsible area.
• Complete required checklists when on duty with canteen and shower schedules.
• Maintain OHSA safety compliance and ensure customer and staff safety.
• Report discrepancies and damaged stock to Store Manager.
