Redial BPO is hiring Customer Service Agents to turn frustrated customers into satisfied ones. The role requires matric, strong English communication, and at least 1 year in a call centre/BPO setting.

You will assist customers, resolve issues, and provide accurate information during USA business hours. The successful candidates will be customer-focused, persuasive, energetic, and resilient, delivering excellent service across all interactions while meeting defined quality and productivity

Competenze

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• At least 1 year in a call centre/BPO environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
