Job summary

People Dimension, located in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Agent to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients, managing enquiries efficiently, and supporting sales efforts.

Qualified candidates will possess a Grade 12 qualification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Afrikaans, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from R 8,000 to R 12,000 CTC per month.

Introduction

A leading company in the Health and Beauty sector is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Agent to join their dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Service Excellence – Provide the required service to clients as per the SOP
• Deal with external and internal enquiries, provide feedback and find permanent solutions. These include:
• Registration related enquiries
• CRM Logging System and Telephonic enquiries
• Product and general information / enquiries
• Assist with enquiries online i.e. Products, Specials, Availability, Price etc.
• Obtain Information from relevant departments to resolve/ provide feedback on enquiries
• Responsible for the CRM Cell phone and posting communications to the leaders’ groups
• Log all enquiries received internally and externally
• Required to work after hours / weekends when necessary
• Type draft correspondence and general typing
• Keep necessary records and do filing
• Assist with reception when assistance is needed
• Assist Sales & CRM whenever the contribution is needed to achieve the common objective

Desired Experience & Qualification

• A Grade 12 qualification is a prerequisite, and any relevant Customer Service Experience will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills (both English and Afrikaans)
• Ability to work with and manage different types of personalities to get the right results
• A professional phone presence
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• Excellent organisational skills and professional work approach
• Ability to communicate and screen effectively over the phone and to speak clearly
• Ability to deal with people tactfully and to listen effectively
• Excellent computer skills on office administrative packages (MS Office)
