Job summary

Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited is seeking a Customer Services Agent to deliver exceptional, accurate and timely service to customers, manage orders from initiation to resolution, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability, deliveries and credits are processed efficiently.

You will handle inquiries across channels, verify order details, monitor backorders, coordinate with distribution, and keep customers informed of order progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
• Ability to process orders accurately and on time.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, responsive and solution-focused service to customers.
• Capture and process customer orders accurately and timeously.
• Verify information before processing an order.
• Monitor orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate order entries and stock information.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Raise and track RMAs and credits.
• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
