Takealot is seeking an energetic Customer Service professional to join the Takealot Delivery Team in Cape Town. You will deliver timely, accurate responses, coordinate urgent deliveries, and resolve complex delivery queries to ensure high service levels across branches and customers.

You will use various tools to navigate to resolution, log complaints, and create replacement orders. Applicants should be customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and able to work weekends and overtime as required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service for Takealot Delivery Team stakeholders.
• Resolve delivery or service problems by clarifying queries and identifying root causes to take action.
• Manage delivery expectations at branch and customer levels.
• Ensure escalated cases are addressed and resolved daily; queues cleared.
• Use software tools to navigate to resolution; provide timely feedback.
• Provide inbound/outbound telephonic support to TDT branches for CS queries.
• Log complaints regarding TDT branches and create replacement orders for lost/damaged parcels.
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and quick decisions to arrange resolutions.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the TDT delivery network.
