Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer to service ATMs and related devices across South Africa. The role involves installation, repair, and preventative maintenance, with emphasis on reliability and customer communication.

You will travel within SA, work on standby roaster on weekends or public holidays when required, and complete NCR certifications. A Grade 12/NQF4, a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, and 3–5 years ATM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 Equivalent.
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of ATM/related field experience.
• Computer literate and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATMs and related devices.
• Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications.
• Provides multi-vendor maintenance and updates customers on equipment modifications.
• Diagnoses problems and works with customers to determine all issues at the site.
• Travel within South Africa to service ATMs and related devices; standby on weekends/holidays as required.
