Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer to install, repair, and maintain ATMs and related devices in Mpumalanga. You will produce performance reports, manage multi-vendor maintenance, and maintain strong customer relationships while diagnosing issues to resolution under SLA.

The role requires 3–5 years of technical ATM experience, Grade 12/NQF4 or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, English proficiency, and a SA driver’s license. Occasional travel across SA and standby shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years of prior technical experience in ATM/related field.
• Computer literate; proficient in English; valid South African Drivers License (Code B/8).

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains ATMs and related devices.
• Produces equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications.
• Provides multi-vendor maintenance and on-site support.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships and updates customers on equipment modifications.
• Diagnoses problems and determines issues with customers to ensure resolution per SLA.
• Travel within South Africa to service ATMs and related devices; standby on weekends/holidays as required.
