Job summary

Motus Mahindra Paarl is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Department. In this role you will be the primary contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and maintenance, ensuring a seamless and value-driven service experience.

You will coordinate service activities, keep customers informed, and identify upsell opportunities while upholding dealer and Mahindra standards. Start date 01 September 2026 and permanent position at our Paarl dealership.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in automotive.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• Computer literacy with dealership management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and determine servicing and maintenance needs.
• Prepare service estimates and explain costs clearly.
• Maintain regular updates on vehicle progress with customers.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Foreman and Parts to optimise workflow.
• Prepare quotations, service records and invoices accurately.
• Promote service campaigns and upsell maintenance plans.
• Provide reporting on service performance.
