Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, FICA and TCF regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally and align solutions to needs.
• Identify, sell, and cross-sell banking products.
• Educate customers on platforms and migrate to digital channels and self-service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within SLA.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FAIS, FICA, TCF compliance.
• Uphold ethical standards and brand values.
• Continuously learn about products and services.
