Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services, strong communication, and a client-focused, ethical mindset. This role is embedded in a dynamic POP environment in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum; FAIS-compliant
• NQF Level 5 Banking/Business/Customer Service certificate preferred
• 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in branch in a high-volume environment to understand needs and offer banking solutions
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service options while adhering to policy
• Process transactions and qualify leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance
• Contribute to team success and uphold ethical standards and product knowledge
