Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of food for various catering events in Mahikeng.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Learn and practice various culinary techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries.
• Contribute to food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and plating dishes.
• Support the team during event setups and breakdowns as needed.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the culinary team.
