Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Community Relations, or related field.
• Proven success in developing and implementing CSR strategies and programs.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, social impact measurement, and reporting standards (GRI).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s CSR strategy, policies, and programs focusing on Sandton and Gauteng.
• Identify and build relationships with community stakeholders, non-profits, and government agencies.
• Oversee community investment projects, ensuring effective execution and measurable impact.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, including environmental management and ethical sourcing programs.
