Job summary

Ithemba Recruitment- Sourcing Top Talent seeks an experienced leader to direct the company's Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions nationwide. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee budgeting, planning, and performance management, and ensure timely execution of projects with transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Matric and a related field degree.
• Diploma or certification in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office; intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of BBEE codes, legislation and practices.
• Experience in CSI initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage SED and CSI interventions nationwide.
• Provide strategic leadership and support to the team.
• Budget management and control.
• Develop and implement business planning processes.
• Performance management and monitoring of the team.
• Create sustainable projects and provide business support.
• Ensure timely execution of SED and CSI projects.
• Ensure interventions are actioned with progress reporting.
• Maintain transparent and traceable contributions.
• Beneficiary engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Manage team to meet operational needs and statutory reporting.
