Job summary

Ithemba Recruitment- Sourcing Top Talent seeks an experienced leader to direct the company's Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions nationwide. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee budgeting, planning, and performance management, and ensure timely execution of projects with transparent reporting.

You will build sustainable programs, engage beneficiaries and stakeholders, and manage a team to meet operational needs while delivering measurable social

Qualifications

• Matric and a related field degree.
• Diploma or certification in project management.
• Proficient in MS Office; intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of BBEE codes, legislation and practices.
• Experience in CSI initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

• Direct and manage SED and CSI interventions nationwide.

Job description

• Direct and manage the companys Socio-Economic Development and Corporate Social Investment interventions across the country.
• Provide strategic leadership and necessary support to the team.
• Budget management and control.
• Develop, coordinate and implement business planning processes.
• Performance management, monitoring and evaluation of team.
• Create sustainable projects and provide business support to ensure long term benefit.
• Ensure that all planned SED & CSI projects are executed timeously.
• Ensure that identified interventions are actioned and report back on progress.
• Ensure all contributions are transparent and traceable.
• Beneficiary engagement.
• Management of team to ensure that operational needs are met in a timely manner.
• Responsible for statutory reporting.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders in internal departments and with key external stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience:

• Matric
• Degree in related field
• Valid drivers license
• Diploma or Certification in Project Management
• Proficient in MS Office, Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint
• Good understanding and experience with B-BBEE Codes, Legislation and practice's
• Proven experience in CSI Initiatives
• Proven experience in dealing with beneficiaries and benefactors
• 2 - 3 years experience in people management and team leadership
