Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking an experienced CSI Manager to implement and manage the Group's Corporate Social Investment portfolio from its Head Office in Cape Town. The role focuses on governance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement and measurable social impact aligned to transformation and ESG objectives.

The role requires leading donor engagement, grant administration and partnership activities to ensure programme sustainability and governance across funded organisations and Trust

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate social investment and social impact project management.
• Experience with governance, compliance, and funding oversight across NPOs/PBOs.
• Strong ability to report on social impact and manage donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Implement CSI strategy into annual operational plans.
• Drive fundraising and partnerships for programme sustainability.
• Manage CSI portfolio governance, budgeting, and compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and report programme performance and impact.
