Job summary

Sasol Limited is seeking a Senior Specialist for Community Development & Sasol For Good to lead CSI programmes across South Africa, managing implementation partners and budgets while aligning with Sasol’s governance processes.

You will monitor impact, develop five-year plans, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure sustainable outcomes in health, infrastructure, environment and social initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years relevant University Degree.
• 9 years relevant experience including community development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Cross functional collaboration with Bridge-to-Work, Sasol Foundation, Stakeholder Relations, Regions, Communication, Sustainability and Supply Chain.
• Understand Sasol business strategy to ensure delivery and enhancement of CSI programme design.
• Promote holistic, cross-functional thinking to generate innovative, effective solutions.
• Identify best practices in community development and create winning programs.
• Inform the overall CSI strategy relating to community development.
• Develop innovative programmes addressing social challenges and Sasol’s requirements with regions and stakeholders.
