Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a friendly Customer Service and Reservations Agent to help guests with information, bookings and special requests aboard our cruise ships.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, process reservations, manage changes and cancellations, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and stay current on promotions to confidently sell our services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reservations role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of cruise ship industry and destinations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about cruise ship services.
• Process reservations and ensure all details are obtained and recorded.
• Handle changes and cancellations following company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, packages, and pricing to effectively sell our services to customers.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and report generation.
