Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an experienced Casino Manager to oversee casino operations onboard our cruise ships. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop strategies to boost revenue, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and monitor financial performance to drive informed decisions. Strong leadership and customer service are essential in this fast-paced maritime environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of casino management experience, preferably on a cruise ship.
Strong knowledge of slots, tables and cage operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing budgets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software.
Must pass background checks and obtain licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of casino operations onboard the cruise ship, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budgeting.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
Monitor financial performance and adjust as needed.
