Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking an onboard concierge to warmly greet guests, guide them through ship amenities, and handle bookings for dining, entertainment, and excursions. You’ll tailor experiences by remembering guest preferences and coordinating with other departments for seamless service.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a luxury cruise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• English fluency; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them aboard, introducing ship amenities.
• Act as primary contact for inquiries and onboard solutions.
• Assist with dining, entertainment, and shore excursion bookings.
• Coordinate special requests and celebrations on board.
• Maintain knowledge of ship services and facilities to assist guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B for seamless experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
• Assist with administrative tasks and inventory of concierge supplies.
