Legends Employer of Record in Cape Town seeks an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to own end-to-end CRM strategy, administration, and outreach. You will drive system efficiency, lead routing, and data integrity across CRM/ATS, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to optimize pipelines.

The role blends technical administration with sales enablement, requiring experience with Close CRM (or HubSpot/Salesforce) and automation tools, plus hands-on leadership to upskill teams and ensure data

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM administration or architecture experience.
• Automation mastery with tools like Zapier to build resilient multi-step workflows across platforms.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Slack.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and upskilling teams across sales, recruitment, and operations.
• Passion for data governance, systems architecture, and data hygiene.
• Attention to detail in data, processes, and security.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to identify bottlenecks across departments.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End: Implement and refine pipelines, automated workflows, and Smart Views using Close CRM and RecruiterFlow.
• In-Funnel Lead Motion & Status Triggers: Build automated status-driven workflows to move leads and trigger actions based on activity and pipeline stage.
• Leadflow & Re-engagement Automation: Implement intelligent lead routing and re-engagement triggers for stale records.
• Data Health: Establish data entry guidelines and deduplication protocols for pristine database hygiene.
• Enrichment & Completeness: Ensure all records are fully enriched with fields, contact details, lead sources, and deals across all systems.
• Reporting: Build dashboards and pipeline reports tracking CAC, conversion, velocity, and team performance.
• Compliance & Auditing: Regular audits for GDPR/POPI readiness and channel compliance.
• Team Training: Drive CRM/ATS adoption with SOPs and hands-on training for new starters and ongoing programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into efficient technical infrastructure and usage policies.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage lifecycle of CRM/ATS users to keep seats organized and secure.
• System Tools: Oversee 3CX, Google Workspace, Slack, and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Pnet, Careers24.
