KingMakers seeks a CRM Specialist in Cape Town to lead and optimize CRM campaigns across onsite, email, SMS, push messaging, and more. You will shape customer journeys and targeting criteria to meet activation, retention, and reactivation goals.

Collaborate with retention, marketing, product and customer service teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals, track performance, and apply best practices to improve engagement and brand loyalty. Hybrid work with 3 days in office.
