Job summary

JVR Software is seeking a senior CRM marketer to lead lifecycle initiatives across multiple brands. You will design automated journeys, build lead nurturing programs and collaborate with sales on lead scoring to boost conversion.

You will manage segmentation, personalised communications and campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS and email, while ensuring POPIA compliance and rigorous performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to build automated customer journeys and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple business units.
• Design, build and manage automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales to develop lead scoring models and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Drive audience segmentation and personalised marketing communications.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Develop re-engagement and reactivation campaigns to retain and convert leads.
• Continuously test and optimise messaging, campaigns and customer journeys.
• Monitor email deliverability and ensure compliance with POPIA requirements.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, engagement, conversion and revenue impact.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business messaging and SMS marketing.
