Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, engineering, marketing or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing operations or marketing technology, incl. 3+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4 and tag management.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead management.
• Experience with web/landing page platforms and offshore development teams.
• Knowledge of POPIA and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing technology stack and its roadmap, incl. Salesforce, HubSpot, the group’s internal platform and monitoring such as Datadog.
• Own tracking: tagging, UTM governance, conversion tracking and data quality across channels.
• Build marketing automation and lead routing with CRM and lifecycle function and with sales.
• Lead landing page and web delivery with India tech team.
• Oversee the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programme.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards with Data Analytics and BI team.
• Run workflow and traffic: request intake, prioritisation and service levels.
• Document processes and keep them current.
• Ensure compliance with POPIA and other data protection requirements.
• Manage technology vendors and contracts.
