Capitec Bank Ltd. in Stellenbosch is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to design, build, and optimise intelligent customer engagement programmes that create real value for customers and the business.

You will work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and modern CRM technologies to shape personalised journeys, collaborate across business and technical teams, and contribute to data-driven customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a CRM, client engagement, marketing tech, or client relationship environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM platforms.
• Understanding of customer data, segmentation, data modelling, and customer-centric engagement strategies.
• Exposure to APIs, systems integration, and digital ecosystem connectivity.
