Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Planner, preferably with catering or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of menu planning, food presentation, and service styles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative and customized menu proposals, taking dietary needs and culinary trends into account.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue coordination, staffing, equipment rental, and timelines.
