Qualifications

• Solid understanding of transfer processes and requirements.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Asset Management, Retirement Funds and Unit Trust Offshore knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer transfer instructions in line with legislation and business processes.
• Understand transfer requirements for Life Companies.
• Manage flow of work items (queries, requests, instructions) per SLAs.
• Contact Life Companies to chase and expedite transfers.
• Expedite unit transfers with competitor unit trust managers.
• Own transfer process from cradle to grave.
• Handle inbound calls from other Life Companies.
• Coordinate with IP Operations and Servicing teams.
• Log and resolve queries.
• Identify trends and raise with outsourced service provider.
