Rory Mackie & Associates seeks a Transfers Administrator to manage voluntary, TFSA, Section 14 and Living Annuity transfers in Cape Town. You will coordinate with Life Companies, oversee queries and ensure transfers progress within defined SLAs.

The role requires knowledge of offshore transfers and a relevant degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong business writing are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for business correspondence.
• Understanding transfer processes and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer transfer instructions in line with legislation and business processes.
• Liaise with Life Companies and chase progress to meet SLAs.
• Log and resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain turnaround times for all administrative tasks and attend team meetings.
