Job summary

Duties include onboarding clients, maintaining accounts, processing payments, and assisting with trading and reporting. Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience in a financial services provider.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication and writing ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Willing to work beyond traditional hours and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• On-board and maintain client accounts (individual, corporate, trust & estate) for local and international accounts.
• Set up and maintain client online access.
• Process payments and cash transfers.
• Process internal and external share transfers.
• Process share allocations.
• Assist clients with Corporate Action elections.
• Assist clients with generating statements/contract notes and tax packs.
• Process Auto Call and Structured Product applications, calls and rolls.
• Assist with Local and Currency Trading requests (including local settlements and offshore remittances).
• Assist with general client queries and resolutions (including technical and digital).
• Assist with writing records for clients.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve services.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and cross-skilling within the team.
