Job summary

Cashbuild in Louis Trichardt, South Africa, is seeking a Counter Sales consultant for external applications only. You will assist customers, process sales, manage cash receipts, and ensure the counter and showroom are clean and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of order requests received from customers
• Accurate processing of sales made by customers
• Accurate receipt of payments received and related banking processes
• Advise Customers correctly on product
• Assist Customer with any product queries
• Assist with Customer complaints timely
• Product knowledge on all products and services offered
• Assist with packing stock away as per allocated bins
• Ensure stock is merchandised immediately after being received
• Ensure sales counters is kept free of stock and in a presentable manner

Description:

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications.
