Job summary

Cashbuild Limited in Seshego, Polokwane, is seeking a Counter Sales candidate to assist customers, process transactions, and maintain a tidy showroom. You will monitor inventory, restock as needed, and provide product guidance at the sales counter.

• Ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
• Well developed problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of order requests from customers.
• Accurate processing of sales made by customers.
• Accurate receipt of payments and related banking processes.
• Advise customers correctly on products.
• Assist customers with product queries.
• Address customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Be available in area of responsibility and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge on all offered products and services.
• Pack stock away and merchandize after receipt.
• Keep sales counters presentable and stock-free.
• Ensure OHSA safety compliance in area of responsibility.
• Identify suspicious behaviour and report to management.

Description:

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed

Requirements:

• Stock in area of responsibility is to be merchandised in a safe manner ensuring the safety of Customers and Employees
• Be aware of suspicious behaviours or people and report any suspicions to Management.
• No product to be loaded for a customer without proof of purchase or required documentation
